Habitat

Physical Attributes
The carapace of the lobster is rounded and spiny. The flagella of the antennules are longer than the antennular peduncle. The rostrum is absent and the bases of antennae are separated by a broad antennular space bearing 4 close-set principal spines. The abdominal segments are with a transverse groove, not continuous with a pleural groove.
Appearance
The Spiny lobster has a dark brownish or greenish shade body. Males are usually darker than females. The eyes are black; tips of large spines on the carapace are yellowish; antennular peduncle striped with white lines. The flagella are uniformly brownish and membranous areas at the outer base of the antenna are light blue. legs conspicuously striped with white lines; abdomen with tiny pale dots; pleopods and soft part of tail fan black
